2. PERSONAL DATA WE MAY PROCESS
Depending on how you use our store, we may process information including:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- billing and delivery address;
- order details;
- payment-related information;
- delivery information;
- communications with customer service;
- Google Business Profile name, URL or other information provided for product configuration;
- information required to program an NFC tag;
- information required to create an individual QR code;
- IP address;
- browser and device information;
- information about how the website is used;
- cookie identifiers and similar technical information.
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Personal data may be processed for the purposes of:
- accepting and processing orders;
- entering into and performing sales contracts;
- processing payments;
- preparing and configuring NFC products;
- creating individual QR codes where applicable;
- delivering orders;
- communicating with customers;
- handling returns and complaints;
- complying with legal and tax obligations;
- ensuring website security and preventing fraud;
- establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
- website analytics through Google Analytics where the required consent has been provided;

TapReview does not currently operate an email marketing newsletter.

Depending on the circumstances, personal data may be processed because:

- processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Seller, including website security, fraud prevention and handling legal claims;

5. SHOPIFY
The TapReview store is hosted and operated using Shopify.
Personal data may therefore be processed by Shopify and relevant Shopify service providers for purposes including:
- operation and hosting of the online store;
- shopping cart functionality;
- checkout;
- order processing;
- security and fraud prevention;
- payment services;
- technical infrastructure.
6. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed using Shopify Payments and payment methods made available through the checkout process.
Information necessary to process a transaction may be transmitted to Shopify, payment processors, banks and payment card organisations involved in the transaction.
TapReview does not independently store complete payment card details for its own marketing purposes.
7. DELIVERY PROVIDERS
Information required to deliver an order may be shared with the courier, parcel locker provider or other delivery provider selected for the order.
This may include:
- name;
- delivery address;
- email address;
- telephone number;
- information necessary to identify and deliver the parcel.
8. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
TapReview may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and how users interact with the store.
Where consent is legally required, Google Analytics will be used in accordance with the user's cookie and privacy choices.
9. META PIXEL
TapReview may use Meta Pixel for purposes including:
- measuring advertising performance;
- measuring conversions;
- creating advertising audiences;
- remarketing;
- improving advertising campaigns.

Some service providers used by TapReview may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Where this occurs, data should be transferred using a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards required by applicable data protection law.

Personal data relating to orders is retained for as long as necessary to perform the contract and subsequently for any period required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Data processed on the basis of consent may be retained until consent is withdrawn or until the purpose for which consent was obtained no longer applies.
Analytics and technical information may be retained according to the configuration and retention periods of the relevant services.
14. YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to the conditions set out in applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

- obtain a copy of your personal data;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request restriction of processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to certain processing;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

15. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
The competent supervisory authority in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
16. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE DATA
Providing personal information is generally voluntary.
However, certain information is necessary to place and fulfil an order.
If the required information is not provided, we may be unable to process the order.
17. SECURITY
TapReview takes reasonable organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
18. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated where required by changes in law, the operation of the store or the services and technologies used by TapReview.
